We don't charge a cancellation fee for camping. They email and let us know
they are camping and the arrival date and check out date. Have them also
mention they are part of YZF600R Group. This helps me know how much food to order
prior to your weekend.

Where your Gap photo's can be found afterward

Post your dates for the trip and when you think you will arrive (morning, lunch, dinner, or late). If you have friends coming, give me a count?

Some members are still here, but will be heading home.

That would truly be awesome, but i dont think i could accept that, its the dragon, im new, anything could happen.

Just to clarify with everyone, i am not coming to show you how the uk does it, im coming to meet you lot and to ride as a group, no debate being started just putting everyones minds at rest that i intend to just come and be a part of it, not to show off.

I'm in, probably friday to sunday. The plan is to trailer over. More details when date is closer. Anyone from my side or on the way that wants to hop on, let me know. Should I be worried that the lodge will fill up soon? When should the reservations be finalized by?

Should I be worried that the lodge will fill up soon? When should the reservations be finalized by?

Some book the week or two after the meet, but the majority start booking around January when vacation time starts over. My works year end is end of Sept., so on Oct 1st I put in for three days off (Wed-Fri) for the meet.

To all the new comers, if you can swing it, it's best to get there Wed. or Thurs. Just my opinion. I'm there Wed - Sun and time still flies by.

Sorry.. it's already been set in stone.. it's definitely the Geezer group.. There will also be a "less aggressive group".. yet just a tad younger... They may ride just slightly ahead of the Geezers
